OUR MISSION

To provide worldwide consulting and customised training programmes to our supply chain clients, bringing sustainable results that all staff can be proud of.

OUR METHODS

  • Through the use of situational analysis tools, audits and a variety of conversations, we can ascertain and quantify gaps between current performance and desired results.
  • Create a crafted and tailored action plan to close gaps identified.
  • Assist in the implementation of that plan.

Training is delivered in a classroom environment, on the floor – but, increasingly, on line.

For qualifying organisations, NZQA qualifications can be delivered:
  • NZ Certificate in Distribution (warehousing) Level 3.
  • NZ Certificate in Distribution (warehousing) Level 4.
  • NZ Certificates in Competitive Systems and Practices (lean) up to Level 5.

Traffic Management

Traffic Management (or rather the lack of it), is of growing concern to WorkSafe NZ and to diligent companies that have exposure to this hazard.

Even if we set it all up right, people often drift from processes or processes become sub-optimal.

To understand this area well, we must be experts in both logistics AND health and safety – luckily, Dharma Advisory Services are. We can:

  • Conduct on-site audit highlighting areas of non-conformance to current practices
  • Advise on best practice
  • Assist with implementation of improvement
  • Provide on-site or remote training
